Proceeds to Friends of Kids with Cancer

 All proceeds raised from the 2025 Miles for Marshall 5K will benefit Friends of Kids with Cancer, a St. Louis based organization dedicated to delivering smiles and joy to children and families affected by childhood cancer. Friends volunteers make regular rounds at Siteman Kids, the cancer treatment facility within St. Louis Children’s Hospital, delivering meals, gifts, toys, and many other items to children and families, aiming to soothe their pain and worry while enduring treatment. This organization has been instrumental in providing support to countless families since it’s inception in 1992.
